This website is operated by SND Productions Hawaii (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the customer or user. SND Productions Hawaii offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Custom Orders & Image Usage

By submitting images for a custom tumbler, you affirm that you have the legal rights or ownership of those images.

You grant us the non-exclusive right to use, edit, and print the submitted images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

SND Productions reserves the right to refuse any content that we deem offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.

3. Product Information

Each tumbler is custom-made based on your submitted content. Slight variations in color or design alignment may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

All sales are considered final once the design is approved and production begins.

4. Design Approval Process

You will receive a digital preview of your custom tumbler design within 48 hours of order placement.

One revision is included free of charge. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

Once you approve the design, production begins and no further changes or cancellations are allowed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are handcrafted and typically ship within 5–7 business days after design approval.

We currently ship within the United States from Oahu, Hawai‘i.

Estimated delivery times are 3–8 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.

SND Productions Hawaii is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence to arrange a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for customer-provided errors (e.g., misspelled text, poor-quality images).

7. Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

We accept major credit cards and secure payment gateways at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, are the property of SND Productions Hawaii and are protected under U.S. copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or products without express written permission.
